If you took out cover for a dual controlled replacement vehcile (usually £25) and the incident was a fire, theft or an accident which was your fault and your vehicle is not deiveable please call ULR on 01603 420830 to arrange delivery of your replacement vehicle (subject to terms and conditions.)

In the event of an incident rendering your dual control vehicle immobile or if it is stolen please call the appropriate number below: -
Accident / Theft or Attempted Theft / Fire :

You will be provided with a replacement dual control vehicle for up to a maximum of 14 days continuous hire.
If the Accident was NOT your fault:

You will be provided with a dual control vehicle until yours is repaired or recovered or until you receive an insurance cheque in the case of a write-off.
Injuries (driver or passengers):

You will receive financial and legal assistance to make a claim for injury compensation, with nothing deducted from
any compensation awarded.

To make a glass claim, please call the Windscreen Helpline on Freephone 0800 3167436. You should check your policy to establish that you have windscreen cover. You will be required to pay a contribution towards the cost of replacement.
If your car is stolen, then you need to report the theft to the nearest police station. Please then call Service Claims on Freephone 0500 511001 and have the crime reference number handy.
